After-Sales Service: worldwide.
For on-site service at remote factory locations, we have dedicated teams that can replace, repair, or modify our textile part protection. We proactively address potential issues by maintaining an internal safety stock of dunnage. To provide an "all-inclusive" experience, we also offer insurance packages that cover the entire duration of the project.

AI Software.
The EVIGUARD exclusive Cheetah software for packing planning is providing us with AI-assisted ideas and the most sustainable mockup for the task. We optimize the density of parts per load carrier, whether the parts are packed in small KLTs or big GLTs.
Full documentation of each step.
All our design and concept mockups are created using fabric plotters to ensure consistent quality across each component. We document every step of our packing process, and any customer changes can be quickly implemented to produce the release samples. Every step is meticulously recorded.
Try-out and Production steps.
When using returnable OEM small load carriers or GLTs, we aim to find the most effective solution. We either work with collapsible boxes or utilize multiple layers. Our primary goal is to ensure that the handling of loading and unloading parts is as efficient as possible. To prevent any dunnage from being lost, we implement various fixation systems to attach the inlets or dividers to the box securely.
Testdrive and release.
We conduct test drives with fully loaded carriers according to OEM specifications. We provide unbiased documentation of the results of these test drives for our customers. Additionally, we assist in completing any required specific forms. To protect parts during serial production, we adhere to our quality system based on VDA industry standards. If needed, we also offer comprehensive automotive standard documentation, including material tests.
